Why isn’t my promo code working?

Please check the code for typos and double check the expiration date. Be sure to also check the promotion terms and conditions and ensure you're meeting the terms of use. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

We endeavour to ship orders within 48hrs however, during peak periods delays with dispatch may occur. If you have not received your tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

There is an issue with my order, how do I proceed?

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible so we can assist you.

How do I make changes to my order?

We can update ship to addresses but cannot amend the product on your order. Depending on the order status, we may be able to offer a cancellation for a full refund.

You must move quickly though as the cancellation window is short! Our orders are processed and shipped fast so please call to cancel, do not email.

If your order can't be cancelled in time and ships out to you, you're welcome to RTS return it to sender for a full refund.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, depending on the status of the order, we may be able to offer a cancellation for a full refund.

If your order can't be cancelled in time and ships out to you, you're welcome to return it to sender (RTS) for a full refund.

How can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?

Please contact our Customer Service team and we can assist you with a copy. Please provide your order number or name and email address so we can locate your invoice.

Where's my order?

You should receive an order confirmation to your nominated email address at the time you place your order. These can sometimes land in your junk or spam folders. If you haven’t received a confirmation but can see payment was taken, please contact Customer Service so we can investigate.

As the status of your order progresses through to the shipping stage, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number (keep an eye on your junk and spam folders). You can then track the delivery status directly via the tracking portal.
